Apparently corn fed cows (because they are meant to eat grass), produce e-coli in their stomachs causing it to be in their meat. 90% of the meat in the grocery store is fed this way. <br /><br />The organic farm was called Polyface farm. It's in the Shenandoah Valley. There's a store here in VA Beach that sells it. The portions may be smaller, but there is less fat. What is also nice about buying locally is that when mad cow or e-coli scares are out (plus all the other crazy things), you don't have to worry!
